Thank you for shopping with Fused Glass by Erin. Each piece is carefully handmade and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time 

All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods or for custom pieces, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping 

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped using a reliable tracked postal or courier service. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shping 

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services but typically take 7–21 business days once dispatched.

Please note that customers are responsible for checking the customs regulations, import duties, taxes, and any additional fees that may apply in their country before placing an order. Any customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Packaging 

Due to the fragile nature of fused glass, all items are carefully packaged with protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping Delays 

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Items 

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
